ultrium 920SAS drive not visible

Just installed 920SAS drive using HP SC44GE HOST BUS ADAPTER to connect on ML370G5 server running MS2003. But I cannot see the tape drive in device manager. Can anybody tell me how to see the device. Drivers installed from supplied HP disk. Thanks

Two things you can try:
rescan in device manager
restart server

You can also install LTT - HP library and tape tools. This is the diagnostics tool for tape systems.
