Hello, I would like to add our 5650 Storeonce Gen4 to Infosight to our customer's collection by using the passport ID, like in Gen3 Storeonce.
I could't find a place where to insert this value, neither in doc or in online help.
What is the procedure to do that, if any?
Thank you in advance, regards
Sergio Rolandi, Sergio Angelo Carlo

SolutionBelow is the procedure for registering a StoreOnce Gen4 device to Infosight
1. Login into HPE InfoSight using the Passport ID
2. Copy your company's System Group Registration Token provided via HPE InfoSight:
Settings > 3PAR StoreServ & StoreOnce > Register Systems
3. Login to the HPE StoreOnce Gen4 Management Console GUI
4. From the System Dashboard or Settings go to the Configure Remote Support section
5. Edit the Customer Information section
6. Select the HPE InfoSight™ Token field
7. Paste your company's System Group Registration Token and click OK
Note: The Registration Token will be transmitted to HPE 3PAR Central/STaTS in the STOREONCE.CUSTDATA record, after completion of processing (up to 24-48 hours) the system will be exposed in the HPE InfoSight portal to all members of your company's System Group
