CA Arcserve v15 and HP D2D2502i deduplication

Hi everyone,

I am trying to perform a deduplication backup to the HP D2D2502i using CA Arcserve v15

Setup:
Windows 2003 Server SP2
iSCSI is installed on the server
CA Arcserve v15 has an online device HP 1x8 G2 AUTOLDR with HP Ultrium 5-SCSI

I perform a FULL backup to Slot 1 on the autoloader. However, when I perform that same backup the next day, it simply writes the same data to Slot 1.

HP D2D2502i Deduplication Ratio is "-"
