D2D 2503i support ticket zip file

Hey folks, this unit automatically puts a password on the zip file created when saving the support dump, anyone know what the password is? 20 points for a correct answer :)

There was a related customer advisory which says it was a known issue and was resolved in the October 2008 firmware release. Maybe it's applicable in your case. As suggested in the advisory, you need to call HP Support.

Cheers :) missed that one, I'll check the firmware rev today and see if I can get a newer versoin.
