D2D 2503i
Hi,
I need your help in the following issue.
I have an HP StorageWorks D2D Backup System 2503i, emulating a LTO4 drive and nine cartridges
I am using Back Up Exec 12.5 rev 2213 and Microsoft iSCSI Initiator
I need to create a backup job, according to the following scheme:
Cartridge 1: Monday
Cartridge 2: Tuesday
Cartridge 3: Wednesday
Cartridge 4: Thursday
Cartridge 5: Friday 1
Cartridge 6: Friday 2
Cartridge 7: Friday 3
Cartridge 8: Friday 4
Cartridge 9: Friday 5
There will be 6 servers backing up data to this D2D system across a 1GB ethernet vlan during night time, for a total of 160GB of data
Please I need a step by step guide on how to configure the program to perform the task.
Thanks for your collaboration.
Best Regards.
Samuel Domb.

Re: D2D 2503i
It looks like it is more a backup software configuration than a D2D config try changing the post title or post it on the backup software forum.
