D2D solution for mixed SAN and iSCSI enviroments

We have a customer with HP-UX Integrity Servers attached to a MSA1000 via the SAN. The Windows servers are attached to a ethernet lan. We are trying to implement a D2D solution " HP-UX and Windows " for the production and disaster recovery site. The D2D4009fc can only be connected either via the iscsi or fc. The retrains is the customers budget so implementing a HP StorageWorks MPX200 Multifunction Router is very expensive. Any suggestions for a solution or recomendations.
