Duplicated cartridge on D2D4112
Hi!
After internal crash and force reboot HP D2D4112 , i have 2 cartridges with same barcode. One in the tape drive1 and same in the slot 6. I cannot delete or move it to the slot. I dont know what to do?

Vyrodov,
I think you'll have to open a support case. I've had a couple of situations where a couple of tapes just go "missing" in the device and someone from the labs in the UK has to remote in and run some arcane commands to get things back to normal. Those happened after crashes and forced reboots.

I paritaly solved problem. I delete one cartridge in the slot, move duplicated cartridge from tape drive in that slot and delete it. But now i have next problem. I cant delete second part of the duplicated cartridge in the slot. When i try to delete it, i receive error "The cartridge is not ready".
P.s. Due to some mistake i have no support contract with HP :(

You can purchase support. There may be a return to service fee, but you can do that. I have had to do that in the past when something slips through.
