End of life and End of support announcement for HPE StoreOnce 5100

Hello,

I have been assigned to determine the life cycle of a site's hardware.

The site has some HPE StoreOnce 5100. I cannot find an end of life announcement for this product.

What does that mean? How long can I tell them HPE will provide contract support for the systems?

thanks and regards

Hello, Please be aware that EOL means End of life which means the communication of intent to stop manufacturing /selling the product. We will have support ticket at least next 5 years , customer can contact HPE sales if require to extend the contract

Hi,

If you need to upgrade it, you can still add more boxes/storages ?
