Error message on new StoreOnce 4500

When I log in to the web console of one of our D2D systems I am greeted by "failed to communicate with proxy subsystem".  I am not sure how to debug that.  I am brand new to this product so I barely know how to get into it.    This message does not appear on the GUI of the other 2 we have.


Any help would be appreicated.

Hi Vince,


I noticed this issue when I did a software upgrade on a new 4700.  I left the upgrade running overnight to complete and the problem resolved itself.  I guess it's just the initialisation phase of the upgrade.
