HP D2D2504i Attach External hp ultrium 3280 sas

Hi I have a HP D2D2504i   and am trying to attach a  External  "hp ultrium 3280 sas " tape  but my software does not have the tab Tape Attach , could i install a different virsion software ? I now have type  "HP StorageWorks D2D2504i - G2

What cold i upgrade to?
