HP D2D2504i appliance NAS share user passwords reset

HI,

 

We are using an HP2504i appliance configured with NAS Shares for our VEEAM back-ups.

We have configured th CIFS Server with several Useraccounts, however after some time the password we have configured for the users get reset. When this happens VEEAM is no longer able to log in to the D2D NAS Shares and all our backups fail. Why are the User Account Passwords resetting after a certain amount of time?
