HPE StoreOnce Catalyst Plug-in Database Restore Issue

Dear Team,

I am new in SAP HANA

we are installing Store ones with sap Hana plug-in for our database server it successfully takes the backup of my database and log

but my issue is I do not restore my backup please refer me any restoration document

Please, anyone, help me

Finally, I am able to restore data juts add prefix on the advance tab in restore window date successfully restore.

But I have another issue need to help

I am back up over TCP IP but I need to backup over FC my configuration as below i don't know how i am missed

in /etc/udev/rules.d/70-cofc.rules

KERNEL=="sg[5-25]*", ATTRS{vendor}=="HP*", ATTRS{model}=="StoreOnce CoFC*", MODE="0660", ATTRS{rev}=="CAT1", GROUP="sapsys" ATTRS{rev}=="CAT1", GROUP="sypsys"

and also add StoreOnce plug-in configuration file settings

# Accepts: IPv4, FQDN, COFC- & IPv6. IPv6 addresses should be quoted; e.g. "fdca:cd45:5ab0:995::7"
# CATALYST_STORE_ADDRESS:<StoreOnce Backup Node Address>
CATALYST_STORE_ADDRESS:COFC-SGH937GJ01

# Catalyst store name used for backup.
# Required
# CATALYST_STORE_NAME:<Catalyst Store Name>
CATALYST_STORE_NAME:SPL_HANADB_BACKUP

Make sure the zoning is correct. Also the number of devices per login in the StoreOnce needs to be set. This is being details in the StoreOnce user guide.

If you are still having problems I suggest to open a case with the StoreOnce support team.
