HPE VSA StoreOnce NAS share is hanging while starting

I have a pair of StoreOnce VSA appliances an there is a NAS share configured on both that replicate to eachother. On one of the devices, one of the NAS shares is hung with a status of "Starting" and the StoreOnce page shows a StoreOnce Subsystem Fault. The event log shows nothing helpful and a reboot does not resolve. These devices are new to me, so any help will be greatly appreciated.

Re: HPE VSA StoreOnce NAS share is hanging while starting

Devices informs the user of the status of the NAS shares within VSA StoreOnce Backup System.
After a power up or reset, each device is checked and brought on line.
This can take a long time, especially after an unscheduled power fail, where the message will show 'Starting'.
So its just matter of time allow ampel of time, once system file check completed it will come online .
Incase of issue continues then logs a support case for further troubleshooting to fix the issue .

Thank You!
