Harddisk- Support of D2D100
Hello,
we have a D2D100 (latest Firmware) with 4x500GB Harddisks. I would like to have much more memory available, would like to put 4x2TB disks in, because 1,5 TB is not to much for a company backup today.
HP HCL say's 4x500GB is the highest supported configuration. I would like to know if it is also working with greater disks in the D2D even if they are not "supported"
by HP.
Is there someone has tested that, may be could provide me a harddisk model?
I can not really imagine why the D2D could not deal with bigger harddisk.
P.S. This thread has been moved from Storage>General to Disk-Based Backup. -HP Forum Moderator
