Solution
from CLI guide:
time add ntpserver {<FQDN> | <IPv4> } [{<FQDN> | <IPv4> }]
time set timezone <timezonelabel>
time set UTC <mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss>

Displays the time configuration and the StoreOnce appliance’s UTC and local times.
# time show config
Set time:
# time set UTC <mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss>
# time set utc 06/02/2014 17:57:00
Add NTP server:
# time add ntpserver
