How to log a support case for a StoreOnce VSA

What information should be entered to log a case for a StoreOnce VSA.

https://support.hpe.com/ does not recognise any information I input here. Serial Number, Appliance Name, or the Part# for the LTU.

I have a customer who has filled a Catalyst store to the quota. There is free space on the appliance but I can not remove the quota when the store is not running so I belive support will need to do this via root access.

For the VSA You can use the Software Entitlement ID which you would have received when purchasing  the license for the VSA.. Normally it will be a 12 digit number ...
