How to monitor VLS6800 using SNMP Trap.

My customer wants to make VLS6800 monitoring system using snmp trap.
They are receiving snmp trap message below.

They want to know how critical this snmp trap message.
Does anyone have a file which shows severity of snmp trap message.
I attached reference code for XP12000.
Does anyone have this kind of files?

And Tell me how to match snmp trap with severity
