Re: Nas Offline
Hello @isvargase
Good day! hope you are doing well,
why NAS shares go offlines
If the NAS share goes offline it could be because of a couple of reasons,
- DNS server - offline from server-side
- integrity or internal filesystem error on the Storeonce end
- storage hardware error/failure
- file-system is over-utilized,
- service set error/fault
Troubleshooting
Following are some basic troubleshooting steps.
- check for any network-related issues - ping, telnet, nslookup.
- check for the filesystem status,
- check for any hardware failures.
- check for any logged alert/error messages.
- Check if all the services are up running,
@isvargase I hope this helps!

Re: Nas Offline
Hello @isvargase
Thank you for the output, however, this issue requires some level of troubleshooting.
The following commands should give you a better holistic view with respect to your unit's current status.
# hardware show status
# hardware show prob
# hardware show node status
# serviceset show status
# nas show share all
# stem show status
# hardware show net status
# net show config current
# net show status
@isvargase I hope this helps!

Re: Nas Offline
Hello @isvargase
Thank you for the command outputs, The nodes and subnet seem "ok".
I am afraid we may have to take a deeper look at the unit, check the file system, bad Integrity flags, likewise services, or check for any other issues, and all of that requires system root access.
It would be best to connect with HPE support, and they can help resolve this issue.
@isvargase I hope this helps!
