Seeing tapes that Im not supposed to see in VLS6518

I have a VLS6518.

One library configured of 63 drives.

The 4 ports are connected to 2 different SAN switches HP 4/32 and HP 4/8. I have my zones setup correctly but Im seeing duplicate drives with the same zoning setup that I have on an identical server. How can I clean this up? It seems to be coming from the VLS.
