StoreOnce 3620 - Login fails with Active Directory

Hi,
We have 2 HPE StoreOnce 3620 systems.
I configured the directory using my active directory informations.
The setup completes properly, I added an AD group as administrator...
I can connect with my AD credentials, no problem.... but it only works for a short time... When I try to connect the next day, it says that the username or password is wrong and I can only connect with local users. It seems that the storeonce lost the connection with AD.
Does anyone know a solution to this issue ?
Thanks

Re: StoreOnce 3620 - Login fails with Active Directory

Hi,

I have no solution for you, but we did no longer use AD Integration for Storage Devices. We see Customers that were hacked and the Crypto Team uses the hacked AD login for the Storage Devices. First, delete all Snapshots and Backups and then Encrypt the Data. As result, we do not put the Backup Server in AD, no AD login for such devices. and use different Passwords.
