The filesystem is not up and running, resulting in the service sets not starting.

One thing to try before opening a support case would be to power down the system including the drive shelves. Then power on the drive shelves first, wait 7 minutes before powering on the nodes. After doing this and you still have issues then you will need to open up a support case.

Thanks for the way, I tested this solution, but unfortunately the problem is still there

Did you get this resolved?

If there is an underlying issue with the file system I would expect to see a fault being displayed in the GUI. Are you seeing any faults in the GUI?
