StoreOnce VSA G4 (4.2.1-1942.21) - Unable to ssh with Admin user

Hello,

I have a StoreOnce VSA G4 in my lab and I need to login with CLI, but I'm not able to connect as Admin user. Just only console user is working with ssh.

The Admin password is the right one, because from the GUI I can access ti tihe system interface.

Dear Davide

Gen4 products does not support CLI for customers.

Management can only be done via the GUI and iLO console.

AshrafK , Do you have some document  which I can find this information (CLI not supported for Gen4 ) ?

Customer has a  Gen3 and Gen 4 store Once, he can access through CLI in the Gen 3 StoreOnce but no in Gen 4 Store Once and  ask for documentation.
