Support for StoreOnce VSA when on 60 Day Trial

I called StoreOnce support for help getting my StoreOnce VSA going so I can start testing, but they won't help because there's no serial number for my VSA in the system.

Am I outta luck?

All the support resources for StoreOnce VSA are targeted at the customers with paid for licenses.. Support while in the 60 day instant-on mode and for the 1 TB freeware is 'self-service'. I assume you have looked at the User Guide: http://h20564.www2.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c03822685.

The 'no serial number in the system' is simply a product of the fact that there is no support entitement while in 60 day instant on mode. Maybe post a specific question to this forum.
