Support for my StoreOnce VSA

We are currently using 2 StoreOnce VSA appliances with HPE StoreOnce VSA 50 TB LTU licenses and I have so far been unable to open a support case using the serial number for the software. Wot's...uh the deal?

You will have some thing like Asset Serial Number whcih you have received from the Licensing Team which you can use to log a support case. Also you can contact licensing team for any issues with the Serial Number :

License -  licensing.ams@hpe.com

Example:

HPE StoreOnce VSA 4TB E-LTU

Asset Serial Number

NSN:P9L02AAE:108383074404

 

Product Number

P9L02AAE

We have a customer who had purchased the PID # P9L03AAE  capacity upgrade license and it was not getting installed in VSA software version 3.x.

Customer had migrated to VSA software version 4.1.0.

Can we use the 10TB  license with PID # P9L03AAE with the VSA software version 4.1.0 ?

Hello,

 

There is no license compatibility between StoreOnce VSA 3.x and StoreOnce VSA 4.x. StoreOnce VSA 4.x licenses are required for StoreOnce VSA 4.x instances
