VLS 9000 OID changes

I have been monitoring Health of VLS 9000 using an OID of 1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.36.1.1.5.1.1.3.1
This has worked fine and recently it alerted me to a failed disk. Disk has been replaced and it now appears the OID has changed as I can no longer obtain health check info. Tried walking the tree but cannot locate new OID for health
Any suggestions how to remedy this?
