VLS61xx new fw v1.1.0

Hi, any idea..
Before upgrade i saved the config,then updated from v1.0.13 to v1.1.0,but now the "total usable capacity" is 0GB!! restored the config, still 0GB, tried rebuild storage capacity but can only see about 2195GB and the VLS are not working.
If i go back to v1.0.13 i have my 4.3TB.
This is a base unit incl. license.
Is the license change in thes new FW update?

never heard about it! Are u upgrading or recover the latest VLS Image Version 1.1.0 ?

Also be sure u've downloaded: AF728-10006.iso (605 MB) -> seems to work for VLS61xx

otherwise u should open a call at HP

V1.1.0 is the new fw = AF728-10006.iso.
I upgrade(one shut)from v1.0.13 to v1.1.0 = no usable capacity. Mean no cartridge for backup.
I think there must be license license problem.

hm i'm not sure, but please check Command View Tl and check the licence entries there

There are no licens in CVtl. This is a storage node (Proliant DL360) and 2 MSA20 shelf, called a base unit. When use v1.0.13
i see and can use all my capacity (4.3TB).
I think i will log a call and see if this is
a known problem.

Hello,,

I was looking at some of the other logs and it appears that you have not loaded the correct ISO image for the VLS65xx model.

From what we can tell you have the image loaded that is for the VLS300 series.

Try downloading the AF728-10006.iso image again and reimage it.

I talked with customer and he told me that he downloaded the image from HP web, and from the correct place. He gave me the image name AH138-10001.iso, I think this why it is not working. He tried to download the image again and now it is A728-10006.iso, strange! Customer will try to install the correct image Monday.
