Can't suppress P4000 from Management Group

Hello,

I had a problem when I tried to suppress P4000 in order to reinstall Lefthand. If node is correctly out of MGT GRP (made from ILO Console). It keeps a ghost node in Cluster (See Snapshot). Is there a procedure to suppress that ghost node before to add new installed P400 ?

Hi @testmado662 

This needs to be checked from backend, as in starting I believe repair mode was not used during lefthand reinstall.

Since currently we are seeing a ghost IP, probably we need to remove that from the store.

Hence would need HPE to intervene.

Kindly log a case with valid contract details to further look into it.

Hello Rahul,

I've doing it and it's working now. I could suppress ghost node and reinstall it from HPE Lefthand delivery.

My frame is correctly working. now
