Cannot add FOM 13.6 to 2xsv3200 enclosures 4 controllers

Dear Community

I have 2x sv3200 enclosures with totally 4 controllers. The Controllers are in the network 172.168.0.0, the Management ports are in 10.10.1.1 Network

I installed a FOM 13.6 on the ESXi Cluster, when I want to add it as FOM, it says:

Error occurred while adding storage systems to management group.

The operation failed: The required directory /etc/lefthand/data is not mounted. Please restore OS using recovery media.

Any Idea?
