Creating hardware snapshot of CSV

Hi guys,

I have MS Failover cluster(2 nodes) with two CSVs, as CSVs i use volumes that created on HP VSA P4000.

On coordinate node of this CSV i install HP P4000 VSS Provider.

There were no problems with creating hardware snapshot of first CSV(size of volume - 7GB). I created snapshot by diskshadow. In cluster i create virtual machine, virtual disk of it(vhd file) is located on second CSV. When I'm trying to create snapshot of second CSV(voume size - 90GB) i have an error

The last operation failed.
        - Returned HRESULT: 80042306
        - Error text: VSS_E_PROVIDER_VETO

But I can't fix this issue, I work with volume formatted with NTFS. The free space of second CSV is about 80GB. There are no too match disk activity(i shut down vm). Can pls anybody help me?
