E010A0401 EID_IP_ERRORS_EXCESSIVE - 'Excessive' packet loss. Packet Loss

We have four 4530 storage nodes in a cluster with 10GB 552SFP cards.  Node #3 sends lots of these E010A0401 EID_IP_ERRORS_EXCESSIVE errors.   We have moved network cables to known working ports, swapped network cables (SFP+), Upgraded firmware, replaced NIC on that node #3.   Nodes 1, 2, 4 do not send the alerts.

Is 10.2.477.10 the recommended firmeware for Emulex NC552SFP 10Gb NIC card?  How do I download that version?  I'm having issues finding that version.

I upgraded the 4 nodes to 12.7.   Now all 4 nodes are sending "Excessive packet loss. Packet Loss" emails

I have a ticket open with Cisco. We have two 4500X swtiches.
