Failover Manager - "spawning too fast"

 

On the Failover manager's console I am receiving the following message over and over

 

INIT: Is "s0" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes

INIT: Is "s1" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes

 

Anyone else have this? is there a fix

 

FOM is version 10.0.00.1896.0
