HP LeftHand VSA P4000 / no email alerts configurable

We're using 2 VSA P4000 both running under Vspere 4, each on a DL380G6.

This configuration is running since about 2 weeks and suddenly it's not possible to configure alerts in CMC any more. Usually there should be a list of "monitored variables", but this list is empty. I tried to restart the nodes/management group/CMC without any change.

Any ideas?
