HPSIM and drive fault on HP B6200 D2D storage

HPSIM and drive fault on HP B6200 D2D storage

Hi all,

i have a D2D B6200 apparently correctly configured on HPSIM. But, when i have drive fault no service call is opened by SIM.

I have HPSIM 7.1, Webes 6.4. Webes doesn't recognize any ardware fault, only software fault regarding file system full.

SIM recognize hpHttpMgCriticalHealthTrap  generated by drive fault but no service event is opened.

Has anyone any ideas about? HPSIM logs events as informational but they are delivered froom the library as critical
