How does StoreVirtual determine whether one has reached the licensed limit??

The licenses are 1TB, 4TB, 10TB, 50TB.

How does SoreVirtual decide when one has reached the limit??

We have two nodes with disks in them and we need to swap in bigger SATA disks to have more storage.

We can use 2TB or 4TB disks, the price difference is minimal, but how and when do we reach the maximum per node storage?????

Presently the two nodes are 11 x 600GB in RAID5.

Hoping/planning to change this to 4 x 600GB in RAID5 and 7 x 2TB or 7 x 4TB in RAID5 per node, the two nodes would then be in network RAID10.

Hi

your node should not show more Raw Space than you have it licensed for

other wise you violate your license.
