Is there any way to downgrade SAN/iq software?
Hello,
As per the subject line - is there anyway to downgrade the version of SAN/iQ running on a node?
We have a customer who have managed to get one node running on version 9.5 while the others are all running 9.0.
We'd like a quick fix as this is causing some incompatibility problems with the version of SRA they are running. It would be quicker to downgrade the one node to an older version than to upgrade all the others but I'm not sure if it is possible.
Has anyone done this?
Thanks.
Steve

That would be a silly thing to do. Upgrade the rest to 9.5 - its a downtime free event anyway and doesnt take that long..

That's my view as well, but the customer is king and all that...

Restore SAN/IQ OS with Quick Restore DVD.
