LeftHand VSA Failover Manager won't come back online after Update

Good morning,

 

we have 4x P4000 that were being upgraded.  No other nodes are complaining but the VSA FO manager.  When attempteing to reboot the VSA FO Mgr server it fell into a loop as per snapshot below.   One thing to note is that the upgrade cannot continue until the VSA FO Mgr server reboots successfully.

 

Any help is graciously accepted.

Dropped bad VSA FOM and created a new FOM.   No clue as to what caused the failure.
