Lefthand NSM 2060

Hi All,

Need a bit of help . We have a Lefthand networks NSM 2060 (which I believe is a Dell 2950) . I know HP bought out Lefthand networks . We need to get a replacement 750Gb HDD as it has failed . I've spoken to HP but they want a serial no but dont recognise the service tag no when I give it to them . I seem to be going round in circles here

Can anyone point me in the right direction Dell or HP
