Lefthand P4300 4 nodes

hi, I have a doubt about the creation of a volume in a p4300 of 4 nodes, firstly I have to say that the solucition is not configured like multisite beacause all node are in the same place, and the question is when I created the volumes each one of 200gb, one with network raid 10(2way) and the other one with network raid 5(single parity) and the thing is in two cases consume 400gb, Some body knows why? in the case of network raid 10 is ok that consume 400gb, but in the case of network raid 5 is normal?
