P4300 Ethernet flow control / best practices (vSphere)

Hi,

According to this excellent multivendor post about iSCSI with vSphere;

* Think about Flow-Control (should be set to receive on switches and transmit on iSCSI targets)

So, enabling flow control on the LeftHand storage node and the switch would benefit the whole iSCSI SAN?

And if so, I could not find seperate settings on the p4300 nic for transmit only setting.

(I know before creating a bond flow-control / jumbo frames nic settings must be applied)
