P4300 G2

One of our customers has asked us to upgrade their P4300 G2 from Version 8.5 to 9.0.

Having never done this before, can anyone provide a link to upgrade instructions and/or provide any info potential pitfalls or problems they've experienced?

Is it just a case of clicking the link in the Available Upgrades?

You can download All the Software for P4000 from

You need to register to gain access to the site.


Make sure you install Patch 10098-00 before Upgrading to SANiQ 9.0 if you have any network RAID 5 or 6 Volumes.

Otherwise it is just Clicking Upgrade.
