From CMC go to storage server TCP/IP Network
Under TCP/IP Tab when you right click on your nic you will find a Ping option
Ping you SNMP Server from there to see if u get reply.

Thank you so much! I've been fighting with this all morning. Setting the sender name to match the recipient name for a test worked. Thanks again.

Hi,
I have this problem too. CMS is 9.5. .. ping to CentOS with postfix is ok. From other server with windows telnet I try connect to 25 and its ok. But from LH no... same From: and To: is without effect..

It works. I'm running SANIQ version 9.5, and obviously it still has the same bug. Just change the sender address to the same as receipient address, and after successfully send test email, you can change sender address to anything you want, and it still works.
