Problem with Lefthand SanIQ 6.6
Hello,
I've got a stange issue. A couple of week ago one of our customers had a very slow SAN. When i've checked the ILO we saw that there was a memory problemen. Because it's in a cluster whe brought down the failing unit. Last friday (13th !) i've replaced the failed module and booted up the machine. POST went ok but it won't boot the OS any more. Al the partion's volumes are OK (used Ubuntu).
We have decided to reïnstall this SAN with the CD's provided but when it asked for the Licence key on an USB stick we get the folowing messages:
khubd timed out on ep0in
khubd timed out on ep0out
device not accepting address 3, error -110
This SAN is A HP DL380 G4
- I've disabled APIC
- Cleared the NVRAM
- Used different USB sticks / ports
- Disabled USB 2.0
Does anyone has any suggestions to solve the problem. Since the Volumes are still intact a solution for the boot problem is also welcome.
Regards,
Marcel van der Steen
