Problem with Upgrading CMC to 9.5

Having an issue with upgrade and uninstalling CMC. Current version is 9.5.00.1215.0 upgrading to CMC_9.5.00.1222

Task manager shows no CMC is running.

Anyone seen this before?

Found the problem. I used srvany to install CMC as a service. Even though it is not running in the task manager it was running ion the background. Disabled it, reboot and that was a fix.
