SAN i/Q 10.5 Replication to SAN i/Q 9.5
Due to some PCI requirements I had to upgrade our P4500 G2s to SAN i/Q v10.5. Our DR environment unfortunately only has P4500 G1s and therefore is perma-stuck at 9.5. That being said I had to get a special patch installed on my G1s to for replication to continue. After I installed the patch with the technician, we neglected to verify that replication was working and we closed the ticket. I have opened a new ticket with support but I am curious to know if I can get a faster response on the forums. It appears like the snapshots in my 10.5 environment are being taken, however they are not being sent to the SAN i/Q 9.5 devices. Is there anything I can do to get this corrected on my own?
Thanks in advance.
