SANiQ_10.0.00.1888 - Lefthand P4300
Hello, I have a problem trying to migrate from version 9.5 to 10 SANiQ, specifically in the team FailOver Manager FOM. The system generates a log, and ask that they contact the service center.
Someone can tell me how to proceed?
Thank you

Re: SANiQ_10.0.00.1888 - Lefthand P4300
I had a problem upgrading the FOM (hyper-v) on our setup.
To avoid issues, I removed the FOM altogether, downloaded the latest FOM package from HP and reinstalled with the ver 10 from the outset.
After this, the P4300's upgraded fine (live, no downtime)
Might be worth considering...

Re: SANiQ_10.0.00.1888 - Lefthand P4300
It is failing on the FOM.

I agree with the previous post remove the FOM and install VM perform the upgrade and when complete re-install the FOM and it should be good to go.
If you want to trouble shoot check the size of the drives and how much memory it has. Let me know what those values are.

Re: SANiQ_10.0.00.1888 - Lefthand P4300
Hello,
I am facing exctely the same issue.
I have tryed to increase RAM (3GB), CPU and disk space (10GB) as mentioned, but the result still the same.
Hyper-V server crash and FOM does not upgrade from 9.5 to 10.
Because I am not familiar with the HP download website I did not find the Latest FOM to download... somebody can tell me where I can find it?
Any other ideas to solve the issue?
Thanks a lot!
Regards
Moreno

Re: SANiQ_10.0.00.1888 - Lefthand P4300
Thanks Guys,
- I have downloaded the FOM 10.0.00.1888.0 from the link in the post.
-Uninstalled the FOM from the VSA Management group
-Uninstalled the old FOM (9.5)
-Installed the FOM 10.0.00.1888
-Add the new FOM in the VSA Management Group
-Patched the FOM successfully
Now it's working perfectly!
Cheers
Moreno
