I have these messages in event viewer on SQL 2005 SP3
"SQL Server has encountered 3 occurrence(s) of I/O requests taking longer than 15 seconds to complete on file"
Usually during this type we have some queries ruinning on the SQL server....
Has anyone seen these messages before?

Re: SQL Performance
Does the SQL server have its own volume for data files, and another one for logs? Are you using the mpio plugin?
