Re: SV3200 Cache Battery Faulty
I would suggest to follow the below Customer Advisory,
https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-a00008856en_us
What is the LHOS version your SV3200 Controllers running? Are they running with LHOS 13.5 or 13.6 ?
I would suggest to capture Support Bundle and check with HPE support if battery really require replacement or not. Sometimes we have seen there is one fault flag got set which cause this whereas actually batteries are fine.
So if you go for battery replacement this may not fix your issue until that flag got cleared.
HPE support will login to SV3200 controller from backend from root login and perform all internal commands to fix this.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Subhajit

Я подключил другой (не родной) аккумулятор 3.7 В 180мА и все работает
У меня на 2х контролерах сразу умерли батарейки
Дополнительно в консоле не чего делать не надо
Google Translated
I connected another (non-native) battery 3.7 V 180mA and everything works.
Batteries died immediately on 2 controllers.
Additionally, there is nothing to do in the console
