SV3200 The storage system 'SV-SC2' status in storage pool 'SVPool21' is 'Not Ready'.
Has anyone had an experience with SV3200 messages like these?
The storage system 'SV-SC2' status in storage pool 'SVPool21' is 'Not Ready'. CRITICAL (E00060202)
followed immediately by
The storage system 'SV-SC2' status in storage pool 'SVPool21' is 'Up'. INFORMATIONAL (E00060206)
These started coming from one storage controller (SV-SC1) reporting on the other storage controller (SV-SC2) and the connection to their shared storage pool (SVPool21) on a daily basis in repetition groups.
We also saw correlated Datastore connection issues in vSphere.

Re: SV3200 The storage system 'SV-SC2' status in storage pool 'SVPool21' is 'Not Ready'.
What is the current LHOS version installed? Is there any Patches installed ?
Is there any Critical alert exists from SVMC?
What is the impact of this issue?
is this single site or multi-site setup?
Have you tried a full Power cycle of the array after the software update done?
are you use VEEAM with this SV3200?
are you using any security scan software which scans SV3200 as well?

Re: SV3200 The storage system 'SV-SC2' status in storage pool 'SVPool21' is 'Not Ready'.
What is the current LHOS version installed? Is there any Patches installed ?
Last Friday we updated to the latest version and patches. That fixed the original storage pool message and replaced it with the new one about the snmp server.
Is there any Critical alert exists from SVMC? No critical alerts in SVMC.
What is the impact of this issue? No observable impact.
is this single site or multi-site setup? Single site, single SV3200 chassis.
Have you tried a full Power cycle of the array after the software update done? Yes. the software update and reboot cleared the original error.
are you use VEEAM with this SV3200? Yes. Veeam is used to back up source VM's stored on the SV3200, but backups go to a different storage appliance.
are you using any security scan software which scans SV3200 as well? No. Nothing is scanning the system. It is hosted on our internal LAN.
Thank you.

Re: SV3200 The storage system 'SV-SC2' status in storage pool 'SVPool21' is 'Not Ready'.
I would still suggest to do a complete power cycle of the SV3200
Regarding VEEAM and SV3200 you can check the below Customer Advisory,
https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-a00029848en_us
If still issue persist then better to log a support case with HPE
Hope this helps!
