SV3200 not fit for purpose
Hi All,
We've had this unit for 18 months and have had nothing but problems.
We are currently having to reboot the controllers once every week otherwise we suffer an outage after 11-12 days of uptime whilst the controllers spew out 100's of errors and drop volumes . This has been the case since we updated to version 13.6 (we had similar issues on version 13.5 and 13.1) and continues to be the case since applying all the recently release patches including the one which support said would resolve this issue.
We're now looking to replace the unit as there seems to be no end in sight.
I'm assuming that we are not the only other company in this posistion so wondered if anyone has details of the complaints department for HPE or knows who to contact? Obviously they don't list such information publically.
Thanks,

Re: SV3200 not fit for purpose
Hi ,
We are sorry to hear your difficulties with this product.
If all the troubleshooting aveneues are exhausted , then I will suggest raise a support case with HPE and ask the support personell that you are indending to replace the unit.
The support personell will be able to guide or involve proper channel for the purpose.
Regards
I am an HPE Employee
