StoreVirtual 3200 "Centaur power on boot" OS not booting

Hello!

We bought the StoreVirtual 3200  in 2018 and haven't touched it until now. We starte to deploy and it does not turn on, a critical error on the LEDs. I connect to com 3,4,6 everything is ok. com 5 is not threatened and shows the inscription "Centaur power on boot". although the Internet says that uBoot and ubuntu should be loaded.

Can you help me please
